Shipping Timeframes
  • Within the UAE: Delivery takes 3–4 business days
  • GCC: Delivery takes 7–10 business days
Shipping Rates
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
• Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, which will be clearly marked.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
• International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are imposed by your country’s customs office.
• These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Customs policies vary widely by country; please check with your local customs office for more information.
• If customs fees are refused or unpaid, the package may be returned or destroyed. We are not responsible for any costs or losses resulting from such actions.
International Deliver Failure 
For international orders that are returned due to the customer being unavailable to receive the shipment, the customer will be responsible for all related charges. This includes:
  • Shipping fees for both delivery and return
  • Any customs fees
  • Any service fees incurred during the purchase (such as electronic payment fees or website service fees)
These amounts will be deducted from the total paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned item is received and processed.
We strongly advise customers to ensure availability for delivery and to respond promptly to any courier or customs requests to avoid such charges.
