Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and paid, no cancellations or modifications can be made.

Exchange Requests
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
All exchange requests must be sent via WhatsApp +971 50 445 1804 and must include the following:
  • The order number
  • A clear photo of the item to be exchanged in its original packaging
  • A photo of the desired replacement item, clearly showing the color and size
Exchange requests will not be accepted unless all the above requirements are fulfilled.
Please note:
  • A 15 AED delivery charge will be applied for all exchange requests
  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances, for both domestic (UAE) and international orders
  • Exchanges are only available for orders within the UAE
  • The responsibility of choosing a replacement item lies entirely with the customer. The customer must select a replacement item from the website.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or return
  • No exchanges can be made if the item has been used or washed, regardless of the condition
  • Exchanges are not allowed more than 2 times per order
  • Any remaining balance resulting from a price difference after an exchange will be issued as store credit.
  • Customers must report any issue with the received item within 24 hours of receipt. Any return or exchange requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  • In case any issue, damage, or signs of use are found in the returned item upon inspection, the customer will not be eligible for any future exchange requests.
